- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!! This place does not even deserve one star!!! They were SO rude to me the morning that I was there for surgery!! If I hadn't had an IV in my arm and been in a gown I would have left!!! Dr. Grier was incredibly rude!!! I was told that since I had to have emergency surgery the friday before my lithotripsy I had already inconvenienced them once!!!!! Who says that to a patient???!!!! They did NOT listen to my concerns!!! This was the 6th time I've had lithotripsy so I knew what was coming and they did NOT listen to anything I had to say!!!!! Not to mention the surgery area is very ghetto!!! I will NEVER go back!!! Nor will I EVER send anyone I know there!!! Stay away!!! It was the worse experience I have ever had with any Urology Dept!!!!! I assured the Doctor that he need not worry!!!! I will NEVER inconvenience them again!!!September 29, 2017by Gene Hawklns
