- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been trying for DAYS to cancel an appointment. The hold times are ridiculous. I'm on hold now, and have been for 10 minutes. Going to see another orthopedist. Haven't even seen the doc. But the phone thing is making me change.August 13, 2017by Shelley Yanak
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Notoriously horrible wait times to get anyone on the phone. Never less than a 10 minute wait. I mentioned it to the person who finally answered ( in a polite way) and I could tell she was not happy. I also waited and had to track down an Insurance verification as I was waiting to get a scan as no one called me that it was approved . I could have dogged the radiology place days earlier. I realize this is a busy and very expensive group of specialists but the call wait times and follow up is NOT good. The Doctor was excellent I will say.January 06, 2017by katherine stojkovic
